▼Where do you ship to?

There's not a place in the world that we don't ship to.  For a full run down on our shipping policy, please see our shipping page.

◄How long does shipping take?

Depending on location, shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 20 business days. We ship from our factory in Vancouver, BC, Canada. If you need your order in a hurry, please send us an email at customercare@pantavus.com and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

◄How much does shipping cost?

We offer free Standard Shipping to anywhere in the world.  If you need quicker shipping service, the option will be available for selection for an added fee at checkout.  However, this option may not available in certain locations.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

For our North American customers, there are no duties on any of our products as everything is 'Made in Canada'.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  You will be responsible for paying charges for customs clearance.  Please see our shipping page for more information.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

▼What is your return and exchange policy?

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached, up to 30 days after receiving your item.  All face masks and sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.  For more information, please see our returns & exchanges page.

◄What does the 10 year warranty cover?

All of our products are protected against defects in materials and workmanship.  Items covered under our warranty will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Pantavus Clothing for a period of up to 10 years from the date of purchase. 

◄What is the process for getting a repair?

Please submit a request using the repair request form. Please do not send us your items without contacting us first.  We will get in contact with you within 5 business days with further instructions.

◄I would like to exchange for a different size. What do I do?

As long as items are unworn, in their original condition and with their tags, exchanging for a different size is possible.  However, you will need to pay for return shipping.  Please visit our returns & exchanges page and then fill out the form.  Please note all SALE items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

▼Are all your products really made in Canada?

Yes, they are. In fact, all of products are made in our own factory which is it is owned and operated by Pantavus Clothing.  Most other clothing brands source out their production to other factories. By keeping everything in-house, we are able to maintain the highest quality standards.

◄What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including:

We also accept Google Pay, Sezzle and Shop Pay.

◄How do I know what size I am?

◄Do you have a store location?

We do not have a retail store location but it is definitely in our future plans.  We do pop-up stores every now and then so please subscribe to our newsletter below to find out when those will be happening.

◄What currency do you charge?

You have a few options. At the bottom of our website, there is a drop down where you can select the currency that is displayed and what your order will be processed in. For now we have CAD, USD, EUR, AUD, GBP and JPY.
